By creating an account, accessing, or using Cloud Yalla, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally eligible to use the service in your country or region. You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and remain responsible for all activity performed through your account.
You may not create duplicate or fake accounts, impersonate another person, sell or transfer your account, or use another member's account without authorization.
Only a valid referral code belonging to an existing Cloud Yalla member may be used. Referral rewards may be cancelled where fake accounts, self-referrals, automation, manipulation, or other abuse is detected.
Balances, bonuses, rewards, earning estimates, or promotional amounts displayed on the platform are subject to verification and applicable program rules. Any estimate is informational and is not a guarantee of profit, fixed income, or future return.
Where payment features are available, you must submit correct payment information. Minimum amounts, processing times, fees, limits, verification requirements, and availability may vary and should be reviewed before confirming a transaction.
We may request additional verification, temporarily restrict access, reverse unauthorized rewards, or suspend or close an account where fraud, misuse, security risk, legal violation, or breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party providers, payment systems, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
You are responsible for reviewing all information before making any payment or financial decision. Never share your password or verification code. Cloud Yalla will not ask you to disclose your password through unofficial channels.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloud Yalla is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from incorrect user information, unauthorized access caused by the user's actions, third-party services, internet interruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms when the service, program rules, security requirements, or applicable laws change. The revised version will be published with a new effective date.
For questions, complaints, or account support, contact Cloud Yalla through the official support or contact channels displayed on the platform.

Depending on how you use Cloud Yalla, we may collect:
We process information where it is necessary to provide the service, protect legitimate security interests, comply with legal obligations, or where you have provided consent. You may withdraw optional consent, but essential processing may still be required to operate your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with trusted hosting, security, analytics, verification, communication, and payment service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect users, Cloud Yalla, or the public from fraud or harm.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so you must also protect your password, verification code, device, and account access.
We retain information while your account is active and afterward for only as long as reasonably required for security, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of eligible information, withdrawal of optional consent, or closure of your account. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
Cloud Yalla may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect security, understand platform usage, and improve performance.
The platform may link to third-party payment, communication, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Cloud Yalla is not responsible for how those independent services handle your data.
Cloud Yalla is not intended for persons who are below the minimum legal age required to use the service in their location. We do not knowingly collect children's information where prohibited by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, security practices, or legal duties change. The latest version will be published with its effective date.
